Grilled Bean Curd with Pork Ribs
Overview
This is a simple home-cooked dish. After the yuba is soaked in water, it is cooked in the soup of the pork ribs. The yuba absorbs the soup of the meat and is delicious with rice.

Ingredients: Spare ribs, soaked yuba, green onion, ginger, rock sugar, grass fruit, angelica and star anise and other condiments

Soak the short ribs in water to remove blood

Cut the soaked yuba into diagonal sections

Put a little cooking oil in the pot, add the pork ribs soaked in blood and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the short ribs change color, add rock sugar, onion, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon and other seasonings

After adding the seasoning, continue to stir-fry to bring out the aroma of the seasoning, add cooking wine and dark soy sauce

Add hot water over the ribs and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and cook.
