Remove the roots and clean the fresh radish seedlings

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add radish seedlings and blanch them for 30 seconds. Remove them from the water and soak them in cold water for one hour

Squeeze out the soaked radish seedlings and chop into small pieces

Slice tofu, add vegetable oil to a hot pan and fry until both sides are golden brown, set aside to cool

Add vegetable oil to a hot pan and sauté the diced meat until fragrant, add a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant, add cooking wine, turn off the heat and let cool

Put the chopped radish leaves into the wok where the diced pork is stir-fried, add onion, minced ginger, diced tofu, salt and chicken essence and stir evenly

Knead the fermented dough several times on the chopping board, cut it into evenly sized dough, roll it into bun wrappers and start wrapping! Add enough fillings

The buns are made. Add enough water to the steamer and put the wrapped buns into it. Let it rise for 20 minutes and start steaming. Bring to a boil over high heat and then steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.
