Cut the pickled peppers, green peppers, millet peppers, dried red peppers, ginger and garlic cloves with a knife;

Cut the pork belly into thicker strips;

Blanch the pork belly and rinse the foam with water;

Add rapeseed oil to the wok, add ginger slices, garlic, and dried red pepper, add pork belly, and stir-fry over high heat;

Add green pepper, millet pepper, salt, and stir-fry the green and red pepper until soft;
