Wash the fresh pig skin and put it into a pot, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil

Cook until you can pierce it with chopsticks, then put it into a basin of cold water

Place the pork skin on the cutting board and remove excess fat

Scrape the back of the pig clean with a knife. If there are any longer pig hairs, just pull them out with your hands

Cut the pig skin into strips. You can cut it into strips as you like
