Cream honey bean snack bag (medium type)
Overview
I've been feeling hungry lately at night and I don't like buying snacks. I just make a small meal bag myself. I bought a bag of honey beans a long time ago and haven't eaten them yet. It is also easy to make a honey bean snack bag for breakfast. The surface is brushed with melted butter. It is relatively crispy and not as hard as brushed with egg wash, and the color is not that heavy. I use the medium seeding method. I ate three of them as soon as they were made, and they will gain weight again at night, haha

Ingredients
Steps
-
First make the medium-sized dough, melt the dry yeast in the main ingredients with a little warm water, then pour it into the high-gluten flour and mix evenly
-
Then add 25g of whole egg liquid and an appropriate amount of water to form a smooth dough. Add the water little by little and knead until it is smooth. You do not need to knead until it becomes glutenous.
-
Put the dough into a plastic bag, seal it, and leave enough air to ferment. Place in the refrigerator for more than 17 hours
-
The dough that has been refrigerated for 20 hours has fermented to 1.5 times its original size. When you pull the dough apart, you can see a network similar to bread tissue. It means fermentation is done
-
Except butter, mix other ingredients evenly
-
Tear the medium-sized dough into small pieces and add them to the main dough ingredients, mix evenly and knead until the dough becomes chewy.
-
Add the softened butter, continue kneading until the expansion stage, seal and place in a warm place to rest for 30 minutes.
-
Press the relaxed dough gently with your hands to release the air.
-
Weigh the dough and divide it into 12 equal parts, 12 small dough balls.
-
Knead the small dough until smooth and flatten and fill with honey beans in the middle.
-
Seal your mouth
-
After shaping, place it into a baking pan with the seal facing down, leaving air to ferment.
-
Put a bowl of hot water in the oven, put it on a baking sheet, and use the fermentation function to ferment the dough until it doubles in size
-
Coat the surface of the fermented dough with melted butter and sprinkle with a little sesame seeds. Place it in the middle of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Adjust the time depending on the degree of coloring.

The surface is coated with butter and is not hard but crispy. It is fragrant and delicious, and gives me a sense of accomplishment. After the meal bag has cooled down, any uneaten portion can be sealed and stored in a plastic bag so that it will not harden the next day.
