Steamed Egg with Minced Pork

  1. Chop the pork and soaked mushrooms and mix with all ingredients except light soy sauce (only half of the blending oil is used, and the rest is used to drizzle the eggs after they are cooked)

  2. Beat the eggs

  3. Use chopsticks to spread

  4. After whipping, add boiling water (there are instructions in the little thief door) and continue to whip

  5. Whipped egg liquid (note: the minced meat should be beaten as much as possible, otherwise the eggs will be cooked and the meat will not be cooked yet????)

  6. Add appropriate amount of water to a steamer or wok, bring to a boil, cover the pot and steam for about 12 to 13 minutes

  7. Finally add coriander, oil and light soy sauce, cover the pot and turn off the heat for half a minute

  8. Simple and economical (coriander can be replaced with green onions or left out)
