What exactly is the soymilk box that became popular overnight? Although it has passed its time of popularity, there are still many people who like it; for me, who has always been slow to make cakes, I have never eaten or cooked it, and it is difficult to imagine its taste~~~ After some searching for the so-called soy milk box: it is a new type of dessert made with soy milk, cream, cheese and soybean powder. The addition of soy milk and soybean powder gives the cake a nostalgic taste; because it requires many ingredients, it has a super rich layering after one bite. How can you not try it if you are a baking enthusiast? Only by trying it yourself can you know how delicious it is; when I took the photo, I smelled the strong aroma of soybeans and couldn't bear to eat it; I quickly scooped up a spoonful of it and put it in my mouth as soon as I lost my phone. Wow: the richness of soy milk cheese, mixed with smooth cream, and the rustling aroma of soybean powder. Finally, I tasted a soft cake base filled with water from soy milk. Step 2: Make the cake base soy milk A and corn oil A in the soy milk box and mix until completely emulsified

Separate egg A, then add egg yolks one by one and mix well

Set aside the mixed egg yolk paste

To egg whites: add salt, lemon juice and fine sugar A

Use an electric machine to beat until stiff peaks

Mix the egg yolk batter and egg white batter evenly, pour it into a baking pan lined with oilcloth, and shake it a few times to release big bubbles

Put it into the preheated oven at 180 degrees, upper and lower heat, and bake for about 18 minutes

Take out the baking pan, shake it, place it upside down on the grill grid, tear off the oil cloth while it's hot, and wait for it to cool

Step 3: Prepare soy milk cheese sauce. Put eggs B and powdered sugar B into a bowl and mix until completely combined (PS: eggs need to be greater than 50 grams)

Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly with a spatula until thick and set aside

Put the soy milk cheese sauce and whipped cream into a piping bag with a floral nozzle

Cut 4 cake slices from the cooled cake into similar sizes to the container, then take two cake slices and place them at the bottom of the box
