Stir-fried cabbage
Overview
This is a meat and vegetable stir-fry. The cabbage is refreshing. The cabbage stir-fried with the oil from the pork belly has a special aroma. It can easily give you an extra bowl of rice if you are not careful.

Main ingredients: cabbage, pork belly, tempeh, dried chili peppers, green onions

Cut the dried chilies into small pieces, chop the scallions into finely chopped scallions, and chop the black bean into coarse mince

Cut the pork belly into large thin slices

Wash the cabbage and tear it into small pieces with your hands

Add cooking oil to the pot, add the sliced pork belly and stir-fry over medium heat

Stir-fry until the pork belly changes color and the fat part spits out oil, add chopped green onion, dried chili and tempeh and continue to stir-fry

Stir-fry until the seasoning becomes fragrant. Add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, soy sauce and a little salt along the edge of the pot.

Add cabbage and continue stir-frying

Stir-fry until the cabbage becomes slightly soft, add a teaspoon of oyster sauce

Add the oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry until the cabbage is cooked and turn off the heat.
