Grilled Enoki Mushrooms (Air Fryer Version)
Overview
It's so convenient to bake things in the air fryer. Bake a handful of enoki mushrooms, mix them with some sauce and chopped pepper, and sprinkle with some chopped green onion. It's delicious. No air fryer does the same thing as using an oven.

Wash the enoki mushrooms, cut off about 1 cm from the roots, split them into bunches as thick as your little finger, and then drain them in water.

Fold two layers of tin foil into a plate shape, place it in the basket of the air fryer, and brush the surface with a layer of oil.

Spread the enoki mushrooms flatly on tin foil and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Then turn over, flip the enoki mushrooms that are not roasted underneath, and bake for another 3-5 minutes. Bake it once if the quantity is small.

Take a small bowl, add 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, half a tablespoon corn oil and 1 tablespoon cold boiled water and mix well to make a sauce.

Prepare appropriate amount of chopped green onions.

The enoki mushrooms are roasted, and the surface is slightly burnt and a little shrunken. Pour the prepared sauce evenly on the surface.

Add some chopped peppers and grill for about 2 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle a little green onion and enjoy.
