Add eggs and a little salt to cold water and knead the dough into a ball. Let it rest at room temperature for 45 minutes.

Take one-third of the dough and roll it into a thin rectangular sheet

Use a wheel cutter to cut into 1cm wide strips

After cutting, apply oil on the surface and sprinkle salt evenly

Take 8 noodles and wrap them up with your index fingers

Roll into a cone

Take it out from your fingers and press it flat, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for 20 minutes

Grease the bottom of the pancake and place it in an electric pan. Wait for about 2 to 3 minutes until the bottom is browned and flip over for another 1 to 2 minutes

Once both sides of the cake are golden brown

You can easily tear it into strips and eat it
