This is one of my specialty dishes. I only discovered now that there are no recipes for my specialty dishes. I will share them with you one by one in the future. This dish is delicious with wine, rice, and porridge. I never get tired of eating it, and my whole family loves it.

Marinate the fish with salt for half an hour
