Overview

Taiyaki has a rich milky aroma, is sweet and delicious, and the children love it. 120g low-gluten flour, 40g cornstarch, 95g milk, 40g butter, two eggs, 40g fine sugar, 40g honey, 4g baking powder, appropriate amount of red bean filling.

  1. Have all ingredients ready.

  2. Mix sugar, eggs and honey first.

  3. Add flour, baking powder and milk and mix well.

  4. Add melted butter and mix well.

  5. Mix well, cover and let sit for half an hour.

  6. Taiyaki molds are heated on an electric ceramic stove. Add a little batter and a little red bean filling. Fill it eight-quarters full with batter.

  7. Cover and bake for one minute, then flip and bake for about another minute. You can turn it over twice and it won't burn easily.
