  3. Take out the fermented dough and roll it into a round shape. After weighing, divide it into 14 equal parts and roll them into rounds. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes, then round it again and put it into a gold plate. I divided it into two plates, one with 8 and one with 6.

Put one plate of bread into the fermentation box and ferment until it doubles in size. Cover the other plate with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature. After the first plate is fermented, put the second plate into the fermentation box and ferment until it doubles in size. Brush the surface with a thin layer of egg wash and sprinkle with white sesame seeds for decoration.

  5. Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and heat up and down to 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
