  2. Process the ingredients, dice the chicken breasts, carrots, peppers, yellow peppers, celery, and water chestnuts, and slice the ginger and garlic.

  3. Marinate the diced chicken with a little salt, sugar, cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
