Overview
Chicken diced with fresh vegetables is actually fried diced chicken. I cut several vegetables into small cubes and stir-fried them with diced chicken. It has a crisp texture and balanced nutrition. It is a dish that is loved by the whole family, especially children.

Process the ingredients, dice the chicken breasts, carrots, peppers, yellow peppers, celery, and water chestnuts, and slice the ginger and garlic.

Marinate the diced chicken with a little salt, sugar, cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.

Make water gorgon powder. The ingredients are: two spoons of steamed fish soy sauce, one spoonful of cornstarch, and half a bowl of water. Stir evenly and set aside.

Heat the oil in a hot pan and fry the diced chicken over low heat until cooked. Set aside.
