Cut the onions into strips, peel the carrots and potatoes and cut them into pieces. Remove the stems of the mushrooms, wash them with salt water and cut them into thick slices. Peel the chicken legs and cut them into pieces. Marinate the chicken legs slightly with cooking wine

Prepare a cooking pot, add an appropriate amount of water, add two tablespoons of flour, stir well, then pour in pure milk, turn on medium heat and slowly simmer until thickened, then turn off the heat

Heat a pot of marinated chicken legs, add oil and stir-fry until raw. Add onions and stir-fry. Add water to the pot, add potatoes and carrots and simmer for 30 minutes. Use chopsticks to poke the mushrooms in. Continue simmering the chicken legs for 15 minutes

Finally, add the freshly boiled milk soup, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste, take it out of the pan and sprinkle a small amount of pepper on top for decoration
