Stir-fried colorful ham
Overview
Children's world is colorful and they always like colorful things, and food is no exception. So I prepared colorful ingredients to stir-fry together, and added ham. It was both meaty and vegetarian, delicious and healthy. Baby's favorite.

Peel corn, cut ham into small pieces, soak dried shiitake mushrooms and slice them into shreds, cut carrots into small pieces, slice cucumber, mince garlic, and fry lemon juice (if you don’t like lemon, don’t add lemon juice)

Pour oil into a hot pan, add minced garlic, dried shredded mushrooms, and ham and saute until fragrant;

Then add corn and carrot diced and stir-fry;

Add cucumber slices, salt and stir-fry;

Add a spoonful of soy sauce and lemon juice and stir-fry until the juice is reduced.
