Overview

I learned this from the COMPLETE BAKING book. When I first looked at its recipe and indicator chart, I thought I was dazzled that such a thin batter could be baked into waffles. But once the oven was heated to a certain level, the batter inside really rose. It was so cute. In view of the fact that the amount of ingredients in the recipe in the book is too large, the number of ingredients in the recipe has been reduced proportionally and modified accordingly. In order to make it more fragrant, peanut butter has been added.

  1. Beat the eggs;

  2. Heat the butter and peanut butter over water to melt them;

  4. After mixing the salt and flour, sift into the mixed egg liquid;

  5. Pour the batter into the cake mold until it is about 50% full;

  6. Then bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 400-425F. Remember not to open the oven during the baking process. After baking, you can add your favorite sauce, cheese, etc. to enjoy.
