Made with materials readily available at home, it’s a very simple bun, but it’s quite time consuming!

Knead repeatedly to form a smooth dough! Cover with a damp cloth and ferment until doubled in size (about an hour)

Cut it into small pieces, roll it into a thin crust, wrap it in the filling, and make pleats!
