Cumin Lamb Noodles
Overview
In my opinion, how can cumin mutton be paired with noodles? When you take the first bite, it is not the smelly mutton mixed with noodles as you imagine, but a very fragrant taste. The mutton is tender and tender with the taste of cumin chili powder, and the noodles are dry, oily and chewy. So after one bite, you still have to take a second bite. This is a particularly fascinating northwest-style pasta. When I was at home during my vacation, I had time to make a bowl of cumin mutton noodles for my family. Watching them eat deliciously made me very happy. Add eggs and a little salt and cook the noodles for more than 1 hour. The noodles are very chewy when pressed out. After cooking, mix in peppercorn oil and then add cumin mutton. The mixed noodles are dry and fragrant. How delicious it is.
