Steam the noodles in the pot for 8 minutes

Add the steamed noodles to cold water to make them thicker (soak in cold water)

Add minced garlic, minced ginger, tempeh, soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, peppercorns, chopped green onion and chopped peanuts to the bowl and stir evenly,

Drain the risen noodles, add sesame oil and mix well

Add some cucumber or other vegetables to the bottom of the bowl and serve with noodles. Shred chicken, pour the sauce over it, and sprinkle with a little chopped green onion and chopped peanuts.
