Seafood braised pot
Overview
This is a more delicious home version developed after eating Huang Jihuang. Now my husband is not willing to eat at Huang Jihuang. It is expensive and not as delicious as the homemade ones. This luxurious pot only costs more than 100, so don’t think about eating out if you don’t have hundreds! Friends come over for dinner, it’s a high-end and classy place!

Ingredients
Steps
-
First, cut the legs and mouth of the shrimp neatly to make them look beautiful
-
Wash the crabs clean. When buying crabs, be careful to buy female crabs, as they will have more meat and fat! It happened to be the festival time when I made this... Like it! Fat enough!
-
Chop the cilantro and green onion into cubes except for the heads and set aside
-
Mix the hoisin sauce, soybean paste, oyster sauce, salt, cornstarch, etc., and add half a bowl of water to mix! Remember not to be too salty
-
Onions, celery, carrots, sweet potatoes, and other ingredients are cut into squares as shown in the picture. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, onion and coriander and saute until fragrant
-
Pour in the sweet potatoes, celery and carrots and stir-fry evenly. You can add a little oil and a bowl of water (mine is thick soup)
-
Then lay out the shrimps and crabs according to your own interests. I laid them out and they looked stale. I didn’t take any pictures of them just after they were laid out. Do you think it’s so spectacular?
-
Pour the sauce prepared in Picture 4 evenly when opening the lid! Then cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes
-
After five minutes, sprinkle with cilantro and green onions! Like

It’s great. After eating the main ingredients, you can have the juice mixed with the rice. My husband loves it! Then we will add water to scald other ingredients and eat! Awesome!
