Steamed Black Changling Pomfret
Overview
Ingredients: Half of the black long-scaled pomfret, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of soy sauce for steamed fish, appropriate amount of cooking wine, 35G of ginger slices, appropriate amount of salad oil 30G of green onion, appropriate amount of chopped green onion. Method: 1. Cut the black long-scaled pomfret in half, remove the scales and remove the internal organs. Score 2 knives on both sides of the fish body, clean it and set aside. 2 Rub the fish body with an appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 2 hours. 3 Cut the green onions and ginger and set aside. 4 Stuff the green onions into the fish belly and remove the fishy smell from the ginger slices. 5 Pour cooking wine before steaming, steam the fish with soy sauce, and add ginger slices on top. 6. Boil the fish with cold water and steam for 18 minutes. 7.
