  1. Cut the tofu into triangular pieces, soak it in salt water for a while, remove it and use kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture.

  2. Slice green peppers and carrots, blanch the fungus and tear into small florets! Cut the shallot into sections, mince the garlic and black bean.
