Cut the tofu into triangular pieces, soak it in salt water for a while, remove it and use kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture.

Slice green peppers and carrots, blanch the fungus and tear into small florets! Cut the shallot into sections, mince the garlic and black bean.

Fry the tofu over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides.

Remove the oil control.

Leave a little base oil in the pot, add onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add bean paste and black bean paste and stir-fry until red oil comes out. Add side dishes and stir-fry for 1 minute! Pour in the fried tofu, add the sauce and stir-fry evenly until the soup thickens and it is ready to serve.
