Stir-fried pork belly with garlic
Overview
Pork belly nourishes the stomach, and when cooked with black pepper, it warms the stomach. It is also very delicious when stir-fried.

Have the above ingredients ready for later use.

Heat the oil in a pan and deep-fry the peppercorns over slow heat until the flavor is released.

Add ginger slices and pork belly and stir-fry.

Grind appropriate amount of black pepper.

Then add appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir-fry until flavourful.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and red pepper shreds and stir-fry until evenly colored, then add an appropriate amount of boiling water and simmer for about ten minutes.

Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry until raw, sprinkle with a little salt and sesame oil to taste.
