In Henan, braised noodles are made by every household, including meat, eggs, and ham! There are also many vegetables to go with it. You can use celery, soybean sprouts, garlic, beans, potatoes, green peppers, and fungus

-Fresh noodles

- Steam for 10 minutes and set aside (I use a rice cooker, a steamer will also work)

-Garlic cloves, sliced ginger, and green peppercorns

-Choose celery, wash and cut into small pieces

-Wash and dice tomatoes

-Thinly sliced ham

-Soak and wash the fungus, wash and cut the green pepper into shreds

-Put oil in a pot, add garlic cloves, shredded ginger, and green peppercorns and saute until fragrant

-Add dark soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt and Wang Shouyi thirteen spices to the vegetables in turn and stir-fry. Add an appropriate amount of water or stock

-I added a soup base and used it instead of stock (available in supermarkets, I bought the chicken soup flavor)

-Be sure to add Wang Shouyi Thirteen Incense. Although there are many ingredients, the taste will be delicious

-Mix the steamed noodles and vegetables evenly

-Steam in a rice cooker for 20 minutes
