Potherb mustard tofu soup
Overview
A few days ago, I picked some of my own prickly ash and used it to stir-fry minced meat. I still have some left in the refrigerator, and I don’t know how to make it. Then I checked on the Internet and found that making tofu soup is pretty good, so I used some bacon to make the soup base. Oh oh, the soup is so delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the bacon and ginger into thin slices, simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes;
-
Add tofu cubes, canned chicken soup, sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, bring to a boil, and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes;
-
Put the mustard seeds in the pot, stir it gently, raise the heat and boil for a while, add an appropriate amount of refined salt and test the saltiness. Don’t put too much, put a little first, because the soup made with bacon already has a salty taste;
-
Sprinkle diced chives and about 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, scoop up and serve.
