Shrimp wontons
Overview
The arrival of the two babies prompted me to learn a lot of firsts, the first time to make cakes, the first time to make biscuits, the first time to make bread, the first time to make toast, the first time to try to shape omelette rice... and even the first time to make chaos. I recorded so many firsts in detail and shared them with you who are new to the kitchen. One day, one or two people will appear and you will discover that making delicious food by yourself is also fun.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel the prawns and remove the lines.
-
Chop coriander, shiitake mushrooms, and ginger and mix with meat.
-
Chop together with the prawns.
-
Light soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine.
-
Add a small spoonful of starch to the minced meat and stir clockwise.
-
Add some cooking oil to make up for the lack of fat and make the meat smoother and more tender, and stir evenly in a clockwise direction.
-
Add a little water and stir clockwise. Add water several times and stir to make the meat thick and sticky.
-
Use chopsticks to spread the meat paste on the Chaos Skin.
-
Just use chopsticks to cover the four corners toward the middle. Don't pinch it firmly with your hands, otherwise it will affect the taste.
-
Wrapped chaos.
-
Pour water, add a spoonful of salt, bring to a boil, add chaos, open the lid and bring to a boil over high heat, add a bowl of cold water, cover and bring to a boil over medium heat, then add half a bowl of cold water, open the lid and bring to a boil. Sprinkle some coriander, seaweed, and a little pepper to taste.

Tender and delicious chaos.
