Invisible Apple Cake
Overview
Today I am making a low-fat and low-sugar invisible apple cake, which is a very popular cake recipe in France. It doesn't require too much skill, and it doesn't require beating eggs. It just requires mixing a few ingredients together and baking them in the oven. Being blessed with the privilege of living in a place where the best apples are grown in China, of course, cooking all kinds of apple delicacies is indispensable. The invisible apple cake this time tastes really good. If you like apples, you may want to give it a try. Apple is known as the fruit of wisdom and memory. People have long discovered that eating more apples can improve memory and intelligence. Apples are not only rich in sugar, vitamins and minerals and other nutrients necessary for the brain, but more importantly, they are rich in zinc. According to research, zinc is a component of many important enzymes in the human body and is a key element in promoting growth and development. Zinc is also closely related to the production of antibodies and improving human immunity. Eat an apple a day and keep the doctor away.
