Slaughter the three-yellow chicken, wash and drain, cut into small pieces, add 1 tablespoon of corn starch and a little salt, and set aside.

Slice garlic and ginger.

Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, heat over high heat, add garlic slices and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add chicken and stir-fry until color turns white, add rock sugar.

Stir in curry powder.

Add water and 1 tablespoon soy sauce until the water is even with the chicken.
