Orange rice cake
Overview
My children like to eat oranges. It’s cold weather and I’m always worried that eating too many cold oranges will upset my stomach. So I thought of ways to heat oranges and add them to drinks and food. With the orange flavor melted into it, even the rice has a unique taste.

Break the eggs into a bowl, squeeze in the orange juice, add the rice, mix well, and add an appropriate amount of flour to increase the viscosity

Make peace, add a little sugar and mix well

Add cooking oil to the pan, put the oil into the mold when the oil is hot, then put rice paste into the mold and fry over low heat
