I had this dish for the first time a few days ago, it was so delicious! I made it myself today, super simple and delicious!

A box of lactone tofu

Slice the tofu, cut the preserved egg into wedges, and place on a plate

Salt, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chicken essence and Sichuan pepper powder, mix well and pour it on top of preserved eggs and tofu

Finally sprinkle with chopped coriander and white sesame seeds
