Banana Cake
Overview
I like to eat cakes that are similar to muffins. They have a solid feeling. They are not as bubbly as chiffon, nor are they dry like rusks. My favorite fruit is banana, so I wanted to use the muffin recipe and add banana. Unexpectedly, it was a complete unexpected bonus. During the baking process, the house was filled with fragrance.

Sift together the flour and baking powder and cut into half evenly. (Cannot draw circles, cut in half like stir-fry) No dry powder is required, do not over-stir to avoid semen.

Pour the mixed cake puree into the baking mold, preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, bake in the middle rack of the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. (The temperature is adjusted according to your own oven)
