Overview
Horsemouth is a common fish in our local area. It is very fragrant, but there are too many fish bones, so most of them are deep-fried. The fish bones are fried until crispy, and then seasoned. What we are cooking today is deep-fried horsemouth.

Remove the head from the horsemouth fish, clean it, and stab the fish body with a flower knife for later use.
