Pumpkin hair cake

When I saw pumpkin, I wanted to make something. Today I made pumpkin cake, which is sweet and fragrant!

Steam the pumpkin slices and mash them into puree.

Put the pumpkin puree and sugar in a food processor and stir to make it more delicate.

Soak jujube in water for 1 hour.

Take out the date core and cut into dices.

Soak the raisins, wash and set aside.

Add flour, raisins, and some dried dates to the basin.

Add eggs, pumpkin puree, and yeast powder and stir.

After stirring, it felt a little thick, so I added another 50 ml of warm water.

Brush the 8-inch mold with a layer of oil to prevent sticking. Pour the batter into the mold and smooth it out with a spatula dipped in a little water.

Place in a steamer to ferment.

Ferment until doubled in size.

Sprinkle with remaining diced red dates.

Steam over high heat. After the water boils, steam for 30 minutes. Simmer for 3 minutes before opening the lid.

Remove from the mold.

Cut into small pieces.
