Peel off the broad beans and wash the pods. (You can also make an opening in the shell)

Peel and slice garlic and set aside.

Cut the dried chilies into small pieces and soak them in water.

Chop the meat into mince.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it until it is 60% hot, then add the minced meat.

Stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color.

Add dried chilies and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
