My husband’s friend gave me a lot of asparagus. In fact, asparagus is a good ingredient and should not be wasted. Recently, I have been eating asparagus in a different way!

Prepare ingredients.

Blanching is to boil water in a pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, boil for one minute, and the asparagus will turn green.

Mix the sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and a small amount of salt. Drizzle over asparagus.
