Braised river fish with pickled bamboo shoots and soybeans
Overview
I opened the refrigerator and saw the wild river fish that my mother brought to my hometown last time. My hometown is in a small town with beautiful mountains and clear waters, next to the river. My childhood memories are all about fish! Every time I go home, my family will prepare it! I call this dish~taste of home!
