Beer-roasted pork ribs

I have eaten beer duck and beer braised pork ribs. I made them for my family and it gave me a special taste.

Wash and drain the pork ribs. Wash the green and red peppers and cut into large pieces.

A bottle of beer.

Boil the water, pour in the ribs and cook for a while, then take them out.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger slices.

Pour in the ribs.

Pour in the green and red chili peppers, add salt, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper and a little sugar and stir-fry for a while.

Pour in the beer, just enough to cover the ribs. Do not cover the pot and bring to a boil to allow the alcohol to evaporate and cook for a while. If you like chili peppers, you can add dried chili peppers in this step.

Place the ribs in the pressure cooker and cook.
