Wash a bream and cut it several times horizontally and vertically so that it will be more flavorful when grilled

Prepare seasonings: mince Sichuan peppercorns, ginger and garlic, and cut chilies into sections

Sauce: Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oil, and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar to half a bowl of water

Heat oil in a pan until cooked, add bream and fry until golden brown

Flip and fry the other side until golden brown
