The madeleine cake is really a super cute little cake. I am amazed when I look at its swollen belly in the oven. When I take it out of the oven and flip the cakes one by one, I can’t put it down when I look at the round shell shape. Take a bite and it is thick and delicate. I think it will be particularly wonderful with a cup of coffee!

  1. Have the required materials ready.

  2. Crack the eggs into a clean container and beat them evenly, no need to beat.

  11. Brush the mold with a layer of oil to make it easier to remove from the mold.

  12. Pour in 90% of the egg batter.

  13. Place in the middle rack of the oven, turn up the heat to 180 degrees, then bake at 150 degrees for about 10 minutes. Take it out when the edges are slightly browned.
