Original Madeleine Cake
Overview
The madeleine cake is really a super cute little cake. I am amazed when I look at its swollen belly in the oven. When I take it out of the oven and flip the cakes one by one, I can’t put it down when I look at the round shell shape. Take a bite and it is thick and delicate. I think it will be particularly wonderful with a cup of coffee!

Have the required materials ready.

Crack the eggs into a clean container and beat them evenly, no need to beat.

Add white sugar and stir evenly.

Add lemon and vanilla extract and mix well.

Stir the flour, baking powder, and salt in the container evenly.

Sift into egg batter.

Stir thoroughly.

Cut the butter into small pieces and put it into the milk pan to melt it thoroughly. While it is hot, pour it into the evenly stirred egg batter and stir quickly evenly.

Seal the evenly mixed egg batter with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Place into a piping bag.

Brush the mold with a layer of oil to make it easier to remove from the mold.

Pour in 90% of the egg batter.

Place in the middle rack of the oven, turn up the heat to 180 degrees, then bake at 150 degrees for about 10 minutes. Take it out when the edges are slightly browned.
