Buy fresh flower armor and put it on a plate. Add some salt to the water and let it spit for about 2 hours. Rinse it with water and set aside

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat it up, sauté the ginger, onion and garlic until fragrant

Add the appropriate amount of cooking wine

Immediately add oyster sauce to freshen it up

All openings are open to collect juice and ready for serving
