  2. Shred the appropriate amount of ginger, cut the white part of the green onion into sections, cut the green part into chopped green onion, cut two pieces of bacon into small pieces, slice five mushrooms into small pieces, and cut the tofu into small pieces.

  3. Heat the oil in a hot pan and sauté the shredded ginger and scallions until fragrant. Add the bacon and stir-fry for a while. In the afternoon, stir-fry the mushrooms until fragrant. Pour the cooking wine along the edge of the pot and stir-fry evenly, then add water to cover the ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil.
