Hangzhou pepper pork tip
Overview
Many people shy away from offal offal such as livestock or poultry livers. In fact, there is really no need to talk about it. As long as it is cooked properly and reasonably, it can still be regarded as a delicious and nutritious delicacy. There are many ways to eat pork liver at home, including steaming, stir-frying, stewing, dipping, and cold salad, with different flavors. This fried liver tip with Hangzhou pepper is one of my family's favorite ways to eat it. It has simple ingredients and a simple method. It only takes three minutes to cook. The liver slices are fragrant and flavourful, and are tender and slightly crunchy. It is delicious and goes well with rice. Especially if there are elderly people and children at home, it is recommended to eat it once a week, which is more beneficial to human health.
