Xiangxi bacon is rarely available in coastal cities. I stumbled upon a Hunan restaurant and ate the stir-fried bacon, which was unforgettable. Later, a friend recommended Wangjiawu Cured Meat, and the meat-loving man wanted to eat it right away, so he immediately ate a bag of bacon.
