【Fried Beef Brisket with Hericium Mushroom】
Overview
The scientific name is Hericium erinaceus, commonly known as monkey vegetable and monkey mushroom. Other names of Hericium include: because its needle-like fleshy spines resemble hedgehogs, it is also called hedgehog fungus or hedgehog fungus. The northeastern region of my country produces Hericium erinaceus. Because it grows in pairs, the locals call it the opposite mushroom or the mandarin duck opposite mouth mushroom. Legend has it that in the deep mountains and dense forests of the Northeast, tigers will guard the places where monkey heads grow, which is also called tiger guarding mushrooms. It also has the name of yin-yang mushroom in the Northeast. Hericium is also produced in the southwestern region of my country. It is called cauliflower fungus in Yunnan and also called wool fungus because its spines resemble wool. I think it's more like a monkey's head, which is round and furry. It has a smooth furry feel in your hand, and it's very comfortable to touch.
