Wash chicken wing roots

Boil a pan under cold water and stir-fry, then rinse with clean water

Remove the bones

Put the chicken in a basin, add two spoons of cooking wine, two spoons of light soy sauce, and appropriate amount of pepper

Mix well and marinate for ten minutes

Chop onion, ginger and garlic, and cut dry red pepper into small pieces

Chili peppers cut into diagonal slices

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, add peanuts, and fry until cooked

Remove the oil and set aside

Drain the chili peppers, remove the oil and set aside

Chicken is fried until browned

Remove the oil and set aside

Pour out everything and use the remaining oil in the pot to sauté the onion, ginger and garlic

Add chicken pepper and peanuts

Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper, stir-fry and serve
