Soak lotus seeds, red beans and glutinous rice in water for 3 hours.

Put the red beans and cored lotus seeds into the pot and steam until cooked.

Pour out the coconut milk and set aside.

Cut the coconut shell with a saw

Cut the coconut meat and red dates into small cubes. Pour off excess water from steamed lotus seeds and red beans.

Mix the glutinous rice, red dates, lotus seeds, red beans and coconut meat and put them into the coconut shell.

Add appropriate amount of coconut water.

Wrap it tightly with a cage cloth, put it in a pressure cooker, and steam for 1 hour.
