Fried shredded pork and onions
Overview
Onions are actually quite delicious, but I often don’t think of frying them. It’s good to stir-fry with meat or eggs or just stir-fry them alone. I like to stir-fry well-cooked food, but I can't stand eating undercooked food. Unfortunately, my children are not very interested in it at the moment, so I find it strange. It's so sweet, so why don't they like it?

Steps
-
Marinate the shredded pork with starch, light soy sauce and oyster sauce.
-
Prepare some ginger.
-
Chop the onions.
-
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and shredded pork and stir-fry quickly.
-
When the shredded meat is about 70% cooked or fragrant, add the onions.
-
Add a little salt and continue to stir-fry. Only add salt if it has a sweet taste. Adding less salt will highlight the sweetness.

Sauté until the onions become soft.
