Swimming crab braised rice cake

Remove the gills and internal organs of the swimming crab, clean it and chop it into pieces

Put the swimming crab into a bowl and add ginger

Add 1g of salt

Add cooking wine

Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

Heat the pan with oil

Add in the marinated swimming crab

Fry swimming crab until the shell turns red, pour in water and cook over high heat

After boiling, add finger rice cakes

Add 2 grams of salt

Add light soy sauce

Add dark soy sauce

Use a spatula to stir evenly and cook over high heat until the rice cake becomes soft

After the rice cake has softened, add diced green peppers

Stir well and simmer until the soup thickens, then turn off the heat

Serve it on a plate, the rice cakes are chewy and the crab meat is delicious
