All ingredients are cleaned and prepared.

Chop onion and ginger.

Cut all ingredients and set aside.

Wash and cut the coriander.

Starch, oil, light soy sauce and water are mixed into a sauce.

Put oil in the pot, add the meat slices, green onion and ginger, and slowly fry over medium heat.

After 5 minutes, the meat slices are fried.

Add the peppers and stir-fry.

Pinch of salt and season to taste.

Pour in the sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Turn on high heat and allow the soup to be fully absorbed, leaving a little if you like the soup.

Finally add the coriander and stir-fry a few times.
